Large Rivet Squeezers |

Our larger squeezers are only available as rebuilt
units. These Chicago Pneumatic tools are rebuilt to
original factory specifications and, depending on the
configuration of the tool, could produce up to 12,000
lbs of squeezing force. They are commonly used in high
volume applications, can be used as a portable tool or
mounted to a bench or hung from a balancer. An optional
foot pedal is also available so the operator can use
both hands to position and hold the work piece. 1 year

Designed specifically for the semi-truck trailer
industry for punching the roof rail holes rather than
drilling. This gives a clean, burr free hole and is much
faster and cleaner than drilling. The punch puts out
5,400 lbs. of force, enough to punch through 3/16" thick
material. It has a 1-7/8" reach and a 1/2" gap. 21"
overall length. Specify punch and dies when ordering. |

Conversion unit fits all "Alligator" or "C" type CP-0351
compression riveters. Increases force from 6,000 lbs to
12,000 lbs. |

Heavy Duty hand rivet squeezers, made of all stainless
steel to very high standards. Will also accept yokes
and parts made by other stainless steel hand rivet
squeezer manufacturers. It accepts rivet sets and
dimple die sets with .187 diameter shanks and has an
adjustable set holder to accommodate various lengths of
rivet sets or rivets. |

Our
new KAT351-APS air operated, foot-controlled pedestal
stand will accept CP-0351, US151 and APT740 series
riveters. It is supplied with a foot pedal and 8 ft.
hose. This stand has a working height of 41" and will
accommodate either a "C" style or "alligator" style
riveter. (Rivet squeezer not included). Shipped via
motor freight item as it weighs 90 lbs. |
