KTC100-12 & KTC100-24 Stationary Planishing Hammers




Speed up fabrication time on complex multi form aluminum and steel panels. This tool is ideal for making those impossible to find replacement parts as well as making your own custom designs. The hammer hits at 4,600 blows per minute @ 90 psi air pressure. Available in either a 12" or 24" reach unit, both have an easy to use load force adjuster which makes changing the anvils a breeze. Simply mount it to a bench or stand and use the supplied foot pedal to operate, freeing up your hands to control the parts. Both models come with 9 radius anvils. One each: flat, 3/4", 1-1/2", 2", 3",4", 6", 8" and 12".

  Power Bead Rollers



These are the best bead rollers money can buy. They are available with a 24", 36" or 42" throat, electrically driven and controlled by a variable speed foot pedal and a forward/ reverse switch. All models come with your choice of one set of standard shape rolls. The 24, 36 and 42 rollers are designed to handle up to .040" mild steel and .050" aluminum.

Quickshaper Mark II




The new Quickshaper Mark II combines a 32" Reach English Wheel and multiple other work stations. Provisions are available for:
1. Hammering/Blocking, to pre-form and shape custom aluminum or mild steel parts.
2. Wheeling and raising metal panels.
3. Shrinking and Stretching.
4. Planishing: which is ideal for small to medium sized parts like motor cycle tanks, hood scoops, fender flares and door skins.
The unit comes complete with six anvil wheels, shot bag, shrinker, single set stretcher jaws, and one forming head. The forming head comes “rough cast” so you can polish it as you require. Shipped with casters off the machine. Customer is required to put them on. Two optional anvils are also available.

Manual Bench Press


Made of a rugged welded plate construction - 3 ton capacity. Uses industry standard punch & dies for round, square and oblong holes, or with special dies for shearing, punching, 90 degree bends or louvering up to 5" and punch and flare operations. Can also be used as an arbor press. Maximum tooling capacity is 3" diameter punch and flare and 16 gauge mild steel.

KTC101 Ultimate Box and  Pan Brake  

This 48" 16 gauge brake has a unique “3-finger” design that incorporates moveable fingers on the bed and apron, as well as the usual upper fingers. This design allows the operator to make bend combinations that, before, were extremely difficult, if not impossible. An example is a compound bend made in the center of a sheet. The model KTC101 has a tool-less upper set back adjustment and is designed to bend 16 gauge mild steel the full width with the included apron leaf angle fingers. Comes with 1 each of 1", 2", 3", 6" and 3 of the 12" bed fingers. Also included are 1 each of 1", 2", 3", 6", 12" and 24" apron (leaf) angles and 1 each of 1", 2", 3" and 7 of 6" upper fingers.
