KAT  "X" Style Pneumatic Riveting Guns
The KAT Pneumatic “X” style Riveting Guns are the most popular guns for all small diameter riveting applications (1/16" - 3/8" rivets). Easily controlled with a properly metered blow will offset the rivet without heating or work hardening. Features include a feathering trigger that enable the operator to control the speed of the gun, precision machined hardened and ground valve, lightweight aluminum handle and a precision machined and hardened cylinder for long life. Each Riveting Gun includes an offset handle, beehive retainer spring and brass air tool regulator.

All “X” style Riveting Guns can be supplied with a .401” bushing. Optional handles styles are listed below. Rebuilt Riveting Guns are offered when available. Most parts are interchangeable with CP 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, 7X, 9X and CP4444 series riveters.

KAT Pneumatic Riveting Guns - Short Shank (Jiffy Type)
 
The KAT1T and KAT2T Pneumatic Riveting Guns require a short shank “Jiffy Type” rivet set (sold seperately) for extremely tight areas. Features include a feathering trigger that enable the operator to control the speed of the gun, precision machined hardened and ground valve, lightweight aluminum handle and a precision machined and hardened cylinder for long life. Each Riveting Gun includes an offset handle (only) and quick change retainer spring.

Sioux Tools Pneumatic Riveting Guns
 
Sioux Tools offers powerful Riveting Guns that deliver up to 2,500 blows per minute for up to 3/16” aluminum and 5/32” steel rivets. Stroke lengths are from 2” to 4”. features include an offset handle, teasing or feathering trigger start and a beehive retainer spring.

Percussive Safety: Never operate a Riveting Gun without the proper retainer in place. Face and eye protection must be worn while operating tools. Accessories that show damage should be replace immediately.
