Stationary Planishing
Hammers

steel panels. This tool is ideal for making those impossible
to find replacement parts as well as making your own custom
designs. The hammer hits at 4,600 blows per minute @ 90 psi
air pressure. Available in either a 12" or 24" reach unit,
both have an easy to use load force adjuster which makes
changing the anvils a breeze. Simply mount it to a bench or
stand and use the supplied foot pedal to operate, freeing up
your hands to control the parts. Both models come with 9
radius anvils. One each: flat, 3/4", 1-1/2", 2", 3",4", 6",
8" and 12".

4. Planishing: which is ideal for small to medium sized

Ultimate Box and Pan Brake

This 48" 16 gauge brake has a unique “3-finger” design that
incorporates moveable fingers on the bed and apron, as well
as the usual upper fingers. This design allows the operator
to make bend combinations that, before, were extremely
difficult, if not impossible. An example is a compound bend
made in the center of a sheet. The model KTC101 has a
tool-less upper set back adjustment and is designed to bend
16 gauge mild steel the full width with the included apron
leaf angle fingers. Comes with 1 each of 1", 2", 3", 6" and
3 of the 12" bed fingers. Also included are 1 each of 1",
2", 3", 6", 12" and 24" apron (leaf) angles and 1 each of
1", 2", 3" and 7 of 6" upper fingers.
