Tubing Beader |
|
|
In order to securely attach a hose to rigid aluminum
tubing, it is first necessary to “bead” the tubing which
raises a bump or “bead” all around the outside diameter
of the tube. Simply slide the hose on the tube and over
the bead and tighten the hose clamp. This locks the hose
to the tube, preventing it from pulling loose or
leaking. |

The KTC505
is an outstanding tube flaring tool that is
designed to be used on soft materials like
copper and aluminum alloys. It makes a perfect
flare and burnishes as it flares. Will work on
1/8" primer lines and everything else up to
3/4". Actual sizes are 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16",
3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4". This is a one piece
tool - no parts to misplace or lose. |

The KTC802 Tubing Flare Kit fabricates 37° single flare
& 37° double flare applications. Handheld hydraulic pump
operates easily with steel and light stainless tubing.
