The KTC101 48" Ultimate Box and Pan
Brake has a unique “3-finger” design that incorporates
moveable fingers on the bed and apron, as well as the
usual upper fingers. This design allows the operator to
make bend combinations that used to be extremely
difficult, if not impossible. An example of this is a
compound bend made in the center of a sheet. The model
KTC101 has a tool-less upper set back adjustment and is
designed to bend 16 gauge mild steel the full width with
the included apron leaf angle fingers.
Unit comes equipped with 1 each of
1", 2", 3", 6" and (3) 12" bed fingers, 1 each of
1", 2", 3", 6", 12" and 24" apron (leaf) angles and 1
each of 1", 2", 3" and (7) 6" upper fingers.
Also available 72” Ultimate Box & Pan Brake (18
gauge capacity)

KTC110 Series Power Bead
Rollers |
| |
The KTC110 Series Power Bead Rollers are available with
a 24”, 36”, or 42” throat and an 1 1/8” throat height.
They are electrically driven, controlled by a variable
speed foot pedal and a forward/reverse switch. The
rollers are designed to handle up 0.040” mild steel and
0.050” aluminum. All models come with your choice of one
set of standard shape rolls, please designate when
ordering. For larger bead rollers or specialty roll
sets, please inquire.
