KAT750 Tab Shear |
|
The KAT750 Tab Shear will easily shear router tabs from
aluminum, steel, titanium and stainless steels. Will
also perform similar shearing and trimming tasks with
this light weight tool. Made of 356-T6 aluminum and heat
treated precision ground steel for the demanding use in
the aerospace industry. The hard anodized aluminum frame
is twice as strong as the competition’s in this area.
The tool’s steel shear blades can be resharpened or
rotated to a new cutting edge. Large carbide wear faces
protect the frame from wear and damage.

angle cuts and holds a tight 1/4” radius with great
accuracy. Instead of shearing or sawing, the tool
“nibbles” cold rolled steel, plastic, tin, aluminum and
other metals up to 18 gauge thickness at a rate of 6’
